Jeanne Browning, MS, RN, APN, CS, CHTP

Jeanne Browning is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Illinois. She is certified in Community Health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and as a Healing Touch Practitioner by Healing Touch International.

During her 25 years as a nurse, Jeanne has worked in pediatrics, maternal child health, public health and community health center settings. She taught nursing and directed the Nursing Center at Marquette University College of Nursing.
Jeanne's dream was to work in a practice where she could address people's comfort issues, whether comfort of the body, mind, or spirit. She has been part of the Kohn Group since 1997. Jeanne has woven holistic nursing, energy medicine, and osteopathic principles into an integrative bodywork practice that is designed to balance the body at all levels-physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic. She also serves as the Practice Manager.

Jeanne has a BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a MS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Diplomat in Osteopathic Theory and Practice from the Osteopathic College of Ontario. She is on faculty at the Osteopathic Health and Wellness Institute. Jeanne is a member of Sigma Theta Tau- the Nursing Honor Society, the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing, the American Holistic Nurses Association, and Northern Illinois Medical Managers. Jeanne is a member of the planning committee for WINGS (Women's Interactive Network Group), a program of the McHenry Chamber of Commerce and is the Practice representative to the Chamber.
